Manager, Information Systems Security
The Manager, Information Systems Security works to ensure the privacy, confidentiality and security of data in compliance with HIPAA, other state and federals laws, and accreditation standards. The position develops and monitors practices to ensure that data is secure from unauthorized access, protected from inappropriate distribution, physically secure, and available to authorized users in a timely fashion.
Requirements include:
- Minimum 5 years experience in information security, information technology or a related field. Healthcare experience strongly preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or information systems or a related discipline.
- Strong technical skills in the areas of network infrastructure, database application development, vulnerability assessments, security audits, TCP/IP, and firewalls.
- Must have ability to communicate and work effectively with executive management, information technology management, application technology management, and outside legal consul.
- Must have in-depth knowledge of the HIPAA Security Rule and other applicable regulatory technology laws.
- Must have proven ability to apply management and leadership skills to attain and maintain compliance.
- CISSP or CHPS certification desirable.

Quality Assurance Analyst
We are currently recruiting for an entry level Quality Assurance Analyst to join our team. The Quality Assurance Analyst will design, develop and execute test plans for HealthLine’s proprietary software applications.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Designs, develops and executes test cases for software releases and new software products.
- Works closely with developers to reproduce errors, identify issues and resolve problems; retests issues to ensure changes perform as expected.
- Assists application development staff in diagnosing user problems and correcting user problems.
- Assists application development staff to design and develop conversion programs related to software enhancements; tests conversion programs.
- Participates in the design of new products by creating new variables in support of new features.
Requirements include:

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related discipline preferred.
- 1-2 years experience in application software design and testing required.
- Must have a practical knowledge of relational database theory; experience and/or knowledge with SQL Server Query Analyzer is a plus.
- Must demonstrate excellent attention to detail, organization skills, and time management skills.
- Must be able to work independently with limited supervision, and as part of a team.
- Must have the ability to communicate clearly and effectively with other team members.

Implementation Specialist
Manage successful implementation of HLS software products at client sites. Coordinate resolution of client issues associated with successful implementation. Analyze business needs and make recommendations for automation opportunities.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develops implementation project plans appropriate for each client.
- Manages software implementation projects and the resources necessary to ensure a smooth transition with multiple clients simultaneously. Reviews commitments for technical services, training and project management, ensuring that all commitments are executed according to contractual obligations
- Manages ongoing status meetings and communication with clients to ensure that the implementation project is moving forward in a manner consistent with the project plan. Coordinates resolution of client issues and concerns.
Requirements include:
- A Bachelor's Degree in related discipline.
- 2+ years software implementation or senior level technical support; healthcare experience highly desirable.
- Excellent project management skills.
- The ability to manage multiple client relationships simultaneously.
- Have professional poise and comfort with leading discussions with client decision makers, end-users and IT professionals.
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.

Technical Operations Manager
The Technical Operations Manager directs the process of data transfer from client data sources to company software products using programming and technical tools. The Technical Operations Manager supervises the technical specialist team and oversees the workload for the group.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Supervises, hires, trains, and mentors technical specialists in their daily responsibilities. Establishes personnel development plans; conducts performance reviews.
- Manages data migration projects including estimating timelines and planning/ scheduling specialist work. Monitors and reports progress against project plans.
- Determines necessary resources for all project requests; continuously works to optimize resource utilization.
- Troubleshoots Tier 3 support issues and performs portal modifications.
- Communicates effectively with internal departments to ensure project plans meet desired business needs and timelines. Acts as technical resource for data transfer questions/concerns from clients.
- Ensures all project deliverables meet quality, schedule, business need, and performance objectives.
- Creates data transfer documents, mapping client data from original data source to company product databases.
- Based on data transfer document, uses appropriate programming and technical tools to transfer data from client data sources to product databases.
- Performs data- related custom programming projects, such as scripts, triggers, etc., as deemed appropriate.
- Performs related duties as required in support of client service and software development goals.
Requirements include:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related discipline.
- 2 years+ experience working with database management, 2 years+ experience providing software support desirable.
- Must have ability to lead and motivate staff; experience with supervisory responsibilities preferred.
- Strong SQL skills and knowledge of relational databases and data analysis.
- Experience with each of the following is preferred: development of web-based applications, ASP, C#, Javascript, HTML.
- Must have the ability to learn and adapt to new technologies rapidly.
- Must have strong logic skills and the ability to manage a variety of multiple and changing priorities.
- Must have strong customer orientation and problem solving skills.
- A working knowledge of COM+
